Delete your Neft account
For your neft.sa account and the Neft app (Android and iOS). You can also delete it in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details (e-mail, password, Google and Apple links)
- Your profile, mobile number and notification preferences
- Your marketing consent, and your devices registered for notifications
- Lessons downloaded in the app and your notes
- The link between your account and your ID number and employee number (GIN)
What we keep, and why
- Issued certificates (training centre cards and online certificates): part of the institute's official register, and they stay verifiable to protect their holder and the organisations that rely on them.
- Learning records sent to the National eLearning Center (FutureX), and test results and attendance for as long as the regulations require.
- Security and audit logs, for a limited time.
If you create a new account later with your ID number, your certificates show again.
How deletion works
- Send the request with the e-mail registered on your account.
- We send a confirmation link to that e-mail (valid 24 hours). Nothing is deleted without the confirmation.
- The account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and every session is signed out.
